How we make travel better:
Booking with one expert
Besides making it seamless, in today’s world trip planning is far more complicated. If something goes wrong, you want a professional who has access to your entire trip. We have the expertise in all elements of your trip.
Airfare Expertise
Not all travel advisors are airfare experts — in fact, many leave flight booking to someone else. It’s important your travel advisor not only can get you best airfares, but can be proactive when problems occur.
Travel Protection
It’s more important than ever to have protection if things go wrong, whether that means personal safety or protecting your financial investment with travel insurance, including medical evacuation, trip cancellation and interruption. Plus you'll also get 24/7 concierge access.
Who you gonna' call?
Our travel advisor is the only resource you need if something goes wrong. Depending on your trip, we can provide in-country contacts to assist, as well as 24/7 concierge services with travel insurance, and you can reach your travel advisor on the road via our Pocket Travel app.
Important Travel Considerations
Terms & Conditions
While TravelStore’s advisors are always willing to share their guidance, each traveler has to make their own decision, whether to travel or not to a destination, based on their personal comfort level.
TravelStore as well as each supplier (airlines, hotels, ground transport and tour operators) have Terms & Conditions that apply, and it is important you understand them, and what penalties apply if you need to change or cancel any arrangements.

Why is travel insurance so important? In today’s changing travel environment, it’s important to protect your travel investment so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans.
For your convenience, we offer a Travelex Insurance Services protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected.

Passports & Visas
When traveling outside of the USA (includes Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean!), US citizens must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six months beyond their return to the US.
Passports issued for adults are valid for ten years (five for children). For more information visit travel.state.gov or call the National Passport Center at (888) 874-7793. While passports can be secured on a last-minute basis for an added cost, do plan ahead and apply early.
Some countries also require US citizens to obtain a visa. Some visas must be acquired in advance and may take some time to have issued and require your passport. For support with your passport or visa needs, click the arrow below>>
CDC/World Health
Staying healthy is a top priority for enjoying your international travels. This means ensuring you have up-to-date vaccinations and know-how to remain healthy while seeing the world. The Center for Disease Control is a go-to source for travel health, or click to visit our Covid-19 page.
Evacuation Insurance

MedJet offers a membership program for evacuation services on a medically-staffed aircraft. Covac Global addresses the concern travelers have about avoiding quarantine overseas should they feel symptoms of Covid and are not hospitalized.
Global Entry
International travelers know delays can occur in Customs and Immigration when re-entering the United States.
