Southwest’s Rapid Rewards Program

Companies’ business travelers can now earn travel rewards with the Rapid Rewards Business program offered by Southwest Airlines, following the beta test introduction. To earn points business travelers need to link their Rapid Rewards account to their employer’s corporate ID number.

Enrolled businesses will earn three Rapid Rewards Business points for each dollar spent on Business Select fares, two points per dollar on Anytime fares and one point per dollar on Southwest’s Wanna Get Away fares. Business travelers will continue to earn their usual points in their personal Rapid Rewards accounts as well.

Among booking options through various channels, corporate travelers can book through TravelStore as well as through the Swabiz booking tool. Southwest is giving 25,000 points to businesses that sign up before the end of the year and have travelers fly at least two round trips within 90 days of enrollment.
