Global site search- proposals with hotel options, rate and amenities, utilizing our preferred relationships and contracts where available and final contract negotiations.

Transportation Management

Full service and support for domestic destinations in the U.S. and international destinations outside of the U.S., including our 24/7 Duty of Care for both in-the-air and on-the-ground transport services.

Event Oversight

Assistance with all aspects of event planning and meeting logistics as needed, including meeting space, audio visual, food & beverage, team-building activities, decor, gifts, off-site events, detailed documents, financial reconciliation, and more.

On-site Management

TravelStore professional staff to oversee all aspects of event management, including staffing a hospitality desk on site, liaise with meeting venue personnel and additional support as may be needed.

Accommodations Management

Handling bookings and room list management for all participants,.

Registration Services

Handling advance online registration and on-site registration needs as needed.
