The awards recognize outstanding workplaces, selected and ranked based on results from detailed employee engagement and satisfaction surveys as well as information submitted on each company’s benefits, policies, and practices. The surveys ranked small, medium, and large companies on subjects such as leadership, corporate culture, and communications. TravelStore’s ranking for Sacramento will be unveiled on October 14, 2021, at a hybrid in-person and virtual event hosted by the Sacramento Business Journal.
