TravelStore's Katie Cadar Awarded SoCal ASTA Travel Agent of the Year

May 23, 2017 – Los Angeles: Katie Cadar, Director of Leisure Sales for California-based TravelStore, rated as one of the nation’s top travel agencies, was honored last month at the Southern California American Society of Travel Agents Diamond Awards Gala, as she was presented with the 2016 Elaine Kirschner Travel Agent of the Year Award. This high honor is bestowed each year on a travel agent who has demonstrated exceptional service and knowledge in their field.

In addition to her most recent award, Katie has been listed as an Africa Travel Specialist on the Travel+Leisure A-List for 8 years and was the very first Tahiti Tiare Specialist in addition to being named one of the Top 25 All Stars by Travel Agent magazine. In addition to her large client base, Katie also serves on several boards including the Signature Travel Network Luxury Advisory Board and the Afar Travel Advisory Council.

Katie currently works in TravelStore’s headquarters office in Los Angeles, California, where, in addition to managing a large team of leisure agents, she specializes crafting experiential and adventure travel for the luxury traveler.
