Carol's Story
I lived in Europe for nine months after falling in love with traveling while touring colonial Mexico, Mexico City, and Acapulco.
Since then, my own travels have included wonderful wild adventures. I’ve climbed the Great Wall of China and attended a performance of Aida at the Temple of Karnak in Luxor. I’ve taken a walking safari in Hluhlue, South Africa, and let all hesitation go while heli-hiking in the Canadian Bugaboos.
For more than 35 years, I’ve been helping people plan their travels to interesting and unusual places. Designing your trip forces me to complete a big jigsaw puzzle, and it’s very rewarding to hear about the amazing time you’ve had once you return, knowing all the pieces fell into place perfectly for you.
I am a well-traveled and experienced agent. I pay close attention to detail and don’t leave anything to chance. I know which vendors are reliable and deliver value. I make sure you have a good guide, which is most important in Africa if you’re on a mission to see the Big Five.
Outside of my career, I enjoy walking with my dog, reading, gardening, good food and wine, and most of all, the opera.
