I enjoy bringing families together, creating memories, and reducing the stress from travel planning. With great care I create special trips for my clients. Every trip is special and should be a celebration.
I became a cruise specialist because my favorite trips include a cruise for part, or all, of the vacation. Using my personal and professional experience, I became a Master Cruise Counselor (MCC). I use my knowledge of river and ocean cruise lines to help find the right ship and itinerary to fit within my clients’ wishes and budgets. Most of my clients are computer savvy, but they realize there is so much information “out there” that I can act as a filter that makes the effort of reaching out to me worth it. My clients want less of an “agent” to book travel for them and more of an “advisor,” “counselor,” or “planner” to help them. I get immense joy when I exceed clients’ expectations. My success, I believe, is due to being attentive, detail-oriented, involved, and caring in my work. Part of this care means I am their advocate before, during, and after travel.
