Rebekah's Story
When backpacking in Thailand a few years back, the smell of incense in the Buddhist temples and the frantic outdoor markets created in me an obsession with cultures I had not yet met. My drive to seek out the unusual and unknown through travel has followed me through my life since then.
My favorite travel memory is watching my first African sunset over the Okavango Delta with my husband while on our honeymoon in Botswana. I have expanded my areas of travel interest since and enjoy planning amazing vacations to Europe, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Nicaragua, Africa, and India.
My other passion in life beyond travel is wine. Prior to the travel industry, I spent time in the wine industry, which allowed me to gain a vast knowledge of the entire wine making (and tasting!) process. Because wine is unique to every culture and region of the world, I believe that integrating wine experiences into travel serves to truly enhance the overall experience.
As a member of the TravelStore Honeymoon Team, a big part of my job is to help create lasting memories through detailed planning. I thrive to customize tailormade travel experiences for you and those people that mean the most to you.
Whether your idea of quality time is sipping wine in the Bordeaux region, or kayaking to a waterfall in Kauai, or simply gazing at the crystal-clear waters of the Mexican Riviera, I can assist with carefully designing these future adventures.
For those that are interested, I always try to find a way to give back and volunteer along the way. I feel that we owe that extra effort to the local communities who open their doors, give us so much, and let us experience it all. It is such an amazing feeling to have an impact!
