Reid's Story
The first big travel experience I planned on my own was to the 1996 Atlanta Olympics! This is when I realized that my love for travel had grown into a love for travel planning. I enjoyed digging into the organization of each day’s events so much. The outcome was a seamless vacation where I met people from all over the world, attending fantastic Olympic sessions and discovering Atlanta as well. I realized how important my professional care for every component of the journey was, and I decided to make travel my expertise in order to help others travel as efficiently.
My travel bug has taken me all around the world. Being raised in Hawaii and still having family there, I go back as often as possible, and my insider’s knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands is unique. It brings me joy to help plan a dream vacation for a couple’s first time there, or a family bucket list, or even those returning to a destination over and over looking for new experiences. One of my most memorable trips was taking a helicopter ride with my kids over the erupting Kilauea Volcano and seeing the lava flow to the ocean.
I excel in creating terrific vacations to Japan, French Polynesia, and Canada. Cruising is a specialty I developed over the years, too, as I am fascinated by this means of travel. Visiting multiple cities while staying in the same room or cabin means no repeated unpacking and packing. This is, by far, one of the best ways to discover some parts of our world with your family and friends.
I continue to be curious about different cultures, different geography, and the endless number of natural wonders. That only feeds my desire to have others experience the world for themselves.
