Cabo All-Inclusive: Come Hungry to Le Blanc

Linking gastronomy and tourism has inspired luxury resorts to adopt an enhanced “all-inclusive” concept. Of course, not all all-inclusive vacations are created equal. Many are known for appealing to more cost-conscious travelers. There are, however, a growing number that offer a truly luxurious experience. I just spent a long weekend at the brand new resort, Le Blanc, in Cabo San Lucas. Situated along the breathtaking coastline of Los Cabos, this all-inclusive, adults-only resort is a gourmet paradise.

“Where should we go out for dinner tonight?” is a thought that will never cross your mind at Le Blanc. Here, you will find yourself surrounded by 5-star dining experiences no matter which restaurant you choose… it’s just a matter of which one to dine in for which meal.

My gourmet experience started at Blanc Italia, where I had a five-course dinner, a perfect balance between taste, fresh ingredients with a seasonal twist, and exquisite presentation.

Then there was Lumiere: a French-fusion restaurant, featuring a seven-course tasting menu including wine pairing. And at Blanc Asia, you won’t need to choose between Japanese, Thai, or Chinese — it’s all featured in the a la carte menu. Of course these are all in addition to the Blanc International restaurant, Blanc Pizza, and 24-hour room service.

And did I mention the top shelf drinks being included, too?

To cap it off there’s the Desert Bar, with an incredible selection that is as visually appealing as well as satisfying your sweet cravings.

The basic concept of an all-inclusive resort is simple. once you purchase your all inclusive vacation, you can put your wallet away while you get unlimited fun, food and drinks. If you’re traveling with friends, you don’t have to worry about who is picking up the tab, or splitting the check different ways.

In theory, luxury is considered a refinement of basic needs. Le Blanc resort did just that, in spades.
