Flight Delays at US Airports

We are aware that anticipated federal government cuts may affect upcoming travel as a result of sequestration. We understand and share the concerns and are monitoring the situation. At this time, we’re not able to determine how air travel may be affected overall, but we’re being advised of anticipated delays at select airports, and in particular at Miami, Honolulu and Los Angeles.

At Honolulu, HI (HNL) Please allow 2 1/2 hours for check-in, effective March 17, 2013
At Miami, FL (MIA) there are delays clearing Customs*. We’ve been advised of two-hour+ delays.
Likewise, at Los Angeles (LAX), anticipate delays clearing Customs*

*As a result, escorted or Five Star or Concierge Key customers are unable to be expedited through the process in MIA or LAX until the delay is resolved.
