New Air Service to Costa Rica from LA
Most visitors to Costa Rica fly into the main airport in San Jose, the capital in the center of the country, and then head out to one of the coastal resorts, though there’s certainly things to see and do around San Jose.
By Christmas of this year, Delta Airlines will be operating new weekly flights from Los Angeles to the Liberia airport, which is closer to the popular northern Pacific coast resort area. The new service not only provides more air lift, but makes it easier to reach coastal resorts like the Four Seasons and the brand new Andaz, which are about a 45 minute drive from Liberia.
Booking with TravelStore also provides you with exclusive amenities at select Costa Rica resorts, including the Four Seasons and Andaz, and also at GAIA, El Silencio Lodge, Hotel Punta Islita, Tabacon Gran Spa, the Westin and the Real InterContinental San Jose.
At each, your stay includes daily breakfast plus a food and beverage credit or other amenity.
The new flight will offer convenient departures on Saturday morning from Los Angeles, arriving in time for dinner, with a Sunday morning return from Liberia arriving early afternoon in Los Angeles. the schedule allows for a perfect eight-night stay, though some guests may also consider combining a flight to or from Liberia with one to or from San Jose if touring other areas of the country.
