The Athenaeum in London

They have a new look and it is gorgeous!

The new look is contemporary with touches of classic London infused right in! You feel the energy of the area right away it is in a great location on Piccadilly just near Green Park.

We were greeted by the distinguished door man who has been with the property for many years!

I was upgraded to the Mayfair Suite, and it was fabulous! It had all of the amenities we expected, plus some we didn’t even know we needed!

Great view of Mayfair, large suite with a large sitting area, desk and electronic everything! The room was over the top beautiful, the bath was my favorite. with the perfect water pressure!

Room service was on time and delicious.

Departing London is always difficult; I always need to see more. So I will just have to “get back to where I once belonged”, again and again!
