What’s New With Princess Cruises
One of the great things about cruise vacations is that cruise lines don’t rest on their laurels.
They are constantly retooling and introducing new bells and whistles. One of our popular sellers year in and year out is Southern California-based Princess Cruises. Like many lines, cruise lines don’t rest on their laurels, and always looking for ways to up their game and provide a better experience for the traveler.
With dining such an important part of one’s vacation, Princess Cruises has upped the ante with their culinary offerings, introducing new restaurant, SHARE, with menus created by renowned chef Curtis Stone. Curtis Stone will also be at the helm of the new Cher’s Table and Crafted by Curtis Stone on ships throughout the fleet. Meanwhile, gastropub chef Ernesto Uchimura, founding chef of Umami Burger, provides the direction for The Salty Dog Gastropub onboard Princess ships. Beer afficianados will want to try out the new Seawitch Craft Beers, brewed exclusively for, and only available onboard, Princess cruise ships. Chocolate lovers will enjoy the new Chocolate Journeys program including desserts, chocolate cocktails and spa treatments from chocolatier Norman Love.
Onboard the Princess stage are new live production shows created by Stephen Schwartz, the composer of Wicked. The first new production show premiering is Magic To Do. And based on the popular TV show, The Voice, the Voice of the Ocean is a new show passengers are sure to enjoy onboard, complete with professional mentors, blind auditions, the iconic rotating chairs and charismatic coaches.
Certainly not the least important, Princess has also invested in upgrading to the new Princess Luxury Bed, sure to provide a more relaxing sleep each night while onboard.
If you’ve cruised on Princess Cruises before, or perhaps plan to do so for the first time, some new treats will be in store for you. Plus, you’ll enjoy a special bonus on many cruises when you make your reservations with a TravelStore cruise specialist.
