Important & Useful Travel Information
We Make Travel Better:
Booking With One Expert
Besides making it seamless, in today’s world trip planning is complicated. If something goes wrong, you want a professional who has access to your entire trip and has the expertise to fully assist.
Airfare Expertise
Not all travel advisors are airfare experts — in fact, many leave flight booking to someone else. It’s important your travel agency can get you the best airfares and be proactive when problems occur.
Travel Protection
Travel insurance is important for your well being and to protect your trip investment and includes medical evacuation, trip cancellation and interruption. You'll also get 24/7 concierge access.
Who You Gonna Call?
Our travel advisor is your advocate when something goes wrong. We provide in-country contacts and you can also reach your travel advisor on the road via our Pocket Travel app.
Important Travel Considerations
Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions apply to every trip: it is important you understand TravelStore’s and those of individual suppliers whose services you may be using, and what penalties come into play if you need to change or cancel any arrangements.
As part of our procedures, we require all clients to review and accept the Terms & Conditions applicable to their trip. Ask your travel advisor if you require clarification, as each component may have its own terms. Click to review our terms.
Travel Insurance
It’s important to protect your travel investment. Unforeseen events, sudden sickness or injury could impact your plans. We offer a choice of insurance protection plans to help protect you and your travel investment. These can include 24/7 emergency travel assistance and medical services, even restaurant recommendations, event tickets and golf course tee times.

Passports & Visas
When traveling anywhere outside of the USA, US citizens must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their return to the US. Visit travel.state.gov or call the Nat’l Passport Center at (888) 874-7793. Apply early (8 weeks or more) for a new or renewal passport.
Some countries require a visa. Some can be procured at your destination, others must be acquired in advance and require submitting your passport. For support with your passport or visa needs:
